We want you to love your LALO footwear, but if you need to make changes we’re here to help. We accept returns for exchange or refund up to 45 days from original ship date. Product must be returned in original packaging. We love feedback. Please let us know why you are returning the shoes.

Return Processing

To make a return, email include your reference number, contact information and reason for return. You will then be contacted with return instructions. Remember, your return shipment must be received by us within 45 days from the original ship date. Refund or credit towards a replacement item will be limited to the original purchase price less freight. *Please contact your retailer if you purchased the shoes in a store.

Ineligible Items

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on the following items:

• Goods damaged by misuse
• Goods damaged by abuse
• Items designated as “Final Sale” items
